6.3WATT AMPLIFIER

 

MSI Model MSH-4716803-TC deliver 38dBm (6.3W) of Power, an IP3 of 49dBm & 2nd Harmonics
below -40dBc Typ. These amplifiers are an excellent choice for point and point to multipoint systems at 3.4 to 3.6 GHz. They include a temperature compensation circuit which has a +/-1.5 gain window. Typical gain is 49.0 dB with a flatness of +/-1.0 dB.  The  I/O VSWR is 1.5:1 and the maximum current is 3.8A @+12.0V. The amplifier has been designed to meet high thermal stress conditions and all units include
an internal voltage regulator and reverse-polarity protection.








LOW PHASE NOISE AMPLIFIER

1WATT Amp, Model MSH-6653601-LP has been designed for Low Phase Noise using the latest hybrid technology. The amplifier operates in the 8.0 to 12.0 GHz frequency range. The typical pžš22 noise measurements at 10GHz have been >-120dBc @ 100Hz and >-144 dBc @ 10kHz with a small signal gain of 38 dB, P1dB of 30dBm, IP3 of +39dBm and better than 4.0 dB noise figure. The input and output (I/O) VSWR is 2.0:1 with a maximum current of 1.2A @ +12VDC. The operating temperatures are -40°C to +60°C, with extended ranges available. Standard RF I/O connectors are SMA-F. The unit includes an internal reverse polarity protection circuit.

Model MSH-6523602-LP has been designed for Low Phase Noise using the latest hybrid technology. The amplifier operates in the 6.0 to 10.0 GHz frequency range. The typical phase noise measurements at 10GHz have been >-120dBc @ 100Hz and >-144 dBc @ 10kHz with a small signal gain of 32dB, P1dB of 27dBm, IP3 of +37dBm and better than 4.0 dB noise figure. The input and output (I/O) VSWR is 2.0:1 with a maximum current of 400mA @ +12VDC. The operating temperatures are -40°C to +60°C with extended ranges available. Standard RF I/O connectors are SMA-F. 2GHz, 50 WATT AMPLIFIER

Microwave Solutions, inc.®' introduces its new High Power amplifier (HPA) MSH-3709903-ISO design to be unconditionally stable for the use of Uplink and Base Stations as well as for GPS and PCS. Manufactured with soft board technology and using discrete hermetically sealed, Gallium arsenide transistors to provide a High output power of 47.0 1dB Compression Point over the frequency range of 2170 MHz to 2200 MHz. Gain can be specified within the range of 40 to 53 dB, gain variation is +/-.5 dB. VSWR is 1.5:1 min. typical current is 20 Amps dependent on the gain and output power specification. 12.7 TO 13.25GHz 2WATT AmplifierMicrowave Solutions® introduces its new High Power amplifier (HPA) MSH-7107701 with a 2 Watt Saturated Output Power and an IP3 of -43 dBm over the frequency range of 12.7 to 13.25 GHz. It is designed to be unconditionally stable for use in terrestrial communications applications. This unit can be specified with a Gain ranging from 8 to 25dB, gain variation is +/-.5 dB. Noise Figure is better than 4.0dB and input I/O VSWR of 1.5:1 min. typical current is 1.5Amps dependent on the gain and output power specification. All units include an internal voltage regulator and operate with a single input voltage of +12V DC while providing overvoltage and reverse-polarity protection. The operating temperature range is -40 C to +60 C with extended ranges available. This model is supplied with WR75. Other connectorized configurations available.
