Corporate policy dictates that quality is of primary concern in the manufacture of every Microwave Solutions product. MSI strives for defective free products and on-time design and deliveries. This is why in 2004 we sought and achieved ISO9001 certification and then in 2013 gained AS9100 certification. Prior to that MSI was compliant to MIL-I-45208. Our Quality Assurance personnel maintain a detailed management system of inspections and tests, thus ensuring that our products are consistent with the highest quality, reliability, and have a low return rate.
Under the cognizance of our quality assurance department, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and quality conformance testing in accordance with MIL-STD-883 and/or MIL-STD-202 can be performed.
Workmanship standards are important to the quality and reliability of microwave components. MSI has invested in training and facilities to provide discrete circuit assembly with detailed standards based on IPC-J-STD-001D high reliability soldering specifications.
